Supreme Court instructs IPS officer Roopa Moudgil toremove all social media posts against IAS officer Rohini Sindhuri within 24 hours

The Supreme Court has instructed the IPS officer D Roopa Moudgil to remove all social media posts against IAS officer Rohini Sindhuri within 24 hours and has asked for an undertaking of the same.

A bench comprising  of Justice Abhay S Oka and Justice Pankaj Mithal said that the Administration can come to a standstill if the officers continue to fight and refuse meditation.

It is pertinent to note that during proceeding on thursday, both officers were present in person for allegations and counter-allegations.

The Court said  that although it was emotional arguments but parties should refrain from this as there is no place for emotions.

The matter is slated to be heard again on Friday.
